About Dr. Tram
Trained at top universities, Dr. Tram Huynh is the founder of Center for Women’s Psychotherapy. She is a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, and college mental health.
Her research and clinical work focus on women’s mental health and leadership development, and young adults experiencing depression and anxiety related to school, relationships, and careers.
The clinical approach Dr. Tram takes in helping individuals transform their lives is grounded in evidence-based treatments. Her treatment is also informed by culture, social justice, and human development. Importantly, she strives to provide her clients the understanding and tools they need to attain their goals and positive changes.
Dr. Tram obtained her PhD degree in counseling psychology from Fordham University as a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at Johns Hopkins University Counseling Center and post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University – Yale Health, Mental Health & Counseling.
Dr. Tram currently serves as Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at the George Washington University.
